UA218

Horizontality, rhythm and tropical calm

Project Facts

UA218 is a contemporary residence in La Zagaleta – Benahavís, designed through horizontality, precision and a refined dialogue between architecture, water and outdoor living.
White linear volumes, sculptural pools, shaded terraces and a restrained Mediterranean material palette are composed to create a calm, high-end residential atmosphere shaped around light, privacy and landscape.

UA218 is located in La Zagaleta, Benahavís, one of the most exclusive gated residential estates in southern Spain. Known for its privacy, large plots, protected natural setting and elevated lifestyle, La Zagaleta has become one of the most prestigious addresses for contemporary luxury villas near Marbella.

The project reflects an architectural language especially suited to this context: calm horizontal composition, broad terraces, sculptural water elements and a restrained palette of white render, dark accents and carefully framed glazing. The result is a residence conceived for seamless indoor–outdoor living, where sun, shade, water and landscape are all part of the spatial experience.

At Alberto Rodriguez Architects we design high-end residential architecture across Benahavís, Marbella and Estepona, with a particular focus on prime enclaves such as La Zagaleta, Sierra Blanca, the Golden Mile, Los Monteros and Nueva Andalucía. Each villa is shaped in response to topography, views, climate and lifestyle, creating homes that combine architectural clarity with a refined Mediterranean character.
