A timeless villa of classical Mediterranean elegance

Project Facts

VILLA DIVA is a timeless residence in La Cerquilla – Nueva Andalucía, shaped by classical symmetry, crafted courtyards and the quiet sophistication that defines Marbella’s most established residential settings.

Villa Diva is located in La Cerquilla, one of the most established residential areas of Nueva Andalucía in Marbella, known for its privacy, mature landscaping and long-standing association with high-end villa living. In this context, the project draws on a more classical Mediterranean language, where symmetry, courtyards and compositional restraint create a strong sense of permanence.

Rather than relying on overt display, the architecture is built around proportion, sequence and material calm. Exterior spaces are defined by stone paving, planted patios, fountain courtyards and a measured relationship between the house and the landscape, while the interior develops through light-filled galleries, carefully framed staircases and refined wellness spaces.

At Alberto Rodriguez Architects we work across Marbella, Benahavís and the wider Costa del Sol, designing luxury villas that respond precisely to each site, planning context and residential setting. In areas such as La Cerquilla, architectural quality often depends as much on balance and atmosphere as on scale, and Villa Diva reflects that quieter, more enduring understanding of luxury residential design.
