AVA VILLAS is a boutique collection of five residences in Guadalmina / San Pedro, conceived for a calm Mediterranean lifestyle close to Marbella.
The project combines tropical planting, generous openings and a clear contemporary language to create homes where privacy, natural light and fluid indoor-outdoor living become the architectural core.
